As a policy, SNS will accept returns of an already delivered product and provide replacement only if:
- The product as received by you is damaged or - A wrong product has been delivered or - the package is not as per the packing list or - The packaging has visible damages
Please note that all returns process MUST be initiated within 7 Days from receipt of the item from our logistics partner. You can initiate a return by calling customer service on +91 98866 57961 or writing to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Replacements will be made only if the product is available on the SNS portal. Else, the order can be cancelled.
However, SNS will not be able to process any returns, if:
Product is damaged because of use or handling by the customer, or
Any part, item, consumable has been used either independently or with another equipment or
Any item from the packaging or the packing list is missing including all original price tags, labels, packaging, any promotional material, all types of manuals or
The Products have been tampered with or the serial number marking has damages. or
In case of Bearings, If the original packing or seal is broken or removed. If you find a manufacturing defect after opening the package, please exercise the warranty option.
As a rule, SNS does not entertain cancellation of an order. We advise you to be sure of your requirement and in case of doubts, clarify with SNS Customer Service before placing the order. However, an order may be cancelled by you or SNS under the following conditions:
New Orders: If SNS is not able to fulfil the requirement in the committed time, due to non-availability of the product
Replacement: If SNS is not able to fulfil the replacement for a valid return within the agreed time.
The customer’s location does not fall under the serviceable zone of our logistics partners.

Refunds are possible only for valid cancellations, as described in the cancellation policy.
If the refund is requested before the item is shipped out of our supplier premises, the refund process will be initiated within one day. Otherwise it will be initiated after a quality check has been completed on the returned item.
If the refund is for a prepaid order, refund will be done to the source within one day. If it is for a COD order (Cash on delivery), the customer will have to provide the Bank details for a NEFT transfer.
