Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take 3-10 days depending on the address specified for the order, and the delivery option chosen.
Most orders are packed and delivered at your doorsteps within 7-10 business days. A few items and some locations require slightly longer time due to the logistics involved. You can track your order through the SMS sent to your registered phone no. using your waybill number. Please check the courier company's website with the waybill number provided to see the current status of your product. If you are not able to track your delivery, then please check after 24 hours as the tracking ID for your order will take some time to be activated once it’s shipped.
As per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted. But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
